Waste Flow Rate VS Pollutant Concentration.

This chart is a guideline to select the applicable technology using waste flow rate and pollutant concentration as parameters.

For certain technologies this chart is not applicable because of the nature of the pollutant. For example, some pollutants can be noxious for the system itself; others are very difficult to destroy due to their specificity.
It is essential that a more detailed assessment be carried out on a case by case basis to make the best use of the appropriate technology.
